Daniel Moore has been an attorney for over 25 years. He has tried several jury trials in business, and injury cases. He has handled major divorce and family law cases involving custody, property rights, support. He has had a focus in representing landowners when government agencies have brought cases to condemn their land. Dan’s legal history has included representing both individuals and local government units in the Indiana statehouse, as well as in area courts.
Dan was the primary negotiator vs. the U. S. Army in bringing about the transfer of some 8500 acres of the former Charlestown ammunition plant for commercial development in what is now known as the River Ridge Commerce Center. In 2009, he was elected to serve as Clark Circuit Judge and in his 6-year term he presided over more than 45 jury trials. In his return to private practice in 2015, Dan represents clients rights and lends a caring and understanding ear to legal questions put to him. He is always candid with clients and once he takes a case, Dan is a dedicated advocate for the best interests of his client.
